Cameron Poe, newly paroled from US Army Ranger duty and newly paroled from prison service, must fly home using an aircraft known as Jailbird that transports some of the worst prisoners - often described as pure predators - to an ultra-secure super prison facility. Unfortunately for Poe, however, midflight his plane is hijacked by some of the country's most vicious criminals led by genius serial killer Cyrus "The Virus" Grissom who's joined by black militant Diamond Dog and psychopath Billy Bedlam among other violent criminals to hijack it for themselves and take their new super prison home for themselves a grander future prison facility.
